The things people ask before they sign up.
What is a credit, and how many will I use?+
One credit covers a typical action: a search, a refinement pass, a citation generation, or a small reasoning step. The Insight Engine uses more credits per query because hundreds of agents run in parallel. Most Scholar plan members finish a month with credits to spare.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Move up or down at any moment. Unused credits roll into the new plan for one month, and the new price is prorated to the day.
Do you offer a student discount?+
The Reader plan is already priced for students. If you need Scholar features for coursework, write to us with proof of enrollment and we will arrange a discount that fits your term.
What about academic site licenses?+
The Atelier plan handles small labs. For a department or whole campus license, our institutional team will design a quote that covers seats, billing, and a private deployment if you need one.
Is my work private?+
Yes. Your drafts, your library, and your prompts stay yours. Nothing you write trains our models. You can purge a project at any time, and the purge is irrevocable.
Can I cancel?+
Cancel any month with one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Bringing Scholaris to a department or campus?
Our institutional team will help you size seats, negotiate billing through your office, and stand up a private deployment if your IRB requires one.
